Delivery Times
DVDs are always in stock and will be dispatched from the UK, usually
within 24 hours (but please allow 21 days before contacting us).
UK orders are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail. Overseas orders are
sent using Airmail, and will arrive at most destinations within
7 days but please allow 28 days before contacting us.
Compatibility
Only our DVD Postcards (not Picture Postcard series) are truly compatible worldwide and will work in any PAL/NTSC country. Our other DVDs are encoded for PAL UK TV system for the UK and most of Europe.
They usually do not work on NTSC equipment (USA & Canada). However,
DVDs will play in any computer system anywhere in the world. PLEASE CHECK THE PRODUCT DETAIL BEFORE ORDERING AND ENSURE YOU CAN PLAY THE DVD IN YOUR COUNTRY.
Telephone orders
We are a small supplier and are not setup to take credit card payments
over the telephone. Our online shopping cart provided by CCNow handles
credit card payments securely.
VAT/TAX
The prices shown on this site include VAT in the UK. However at
checkout, this will be deducted and added or removed at the end depending on
your country.
Credit Card Security
We understand that entering credit card details into a website is
still a concern for some people. However, we use a specialist company,
CCNow to handle these payments using their secure server. This encrypts
your details and sends them directly to CCNow. We can assure you
that shopping on this site will be a totally safe experience. The
shopping cart also accepts PayPal.
UK RESIDENTS ONLY
- Ordering by cheque
If you do not have a credit card, or don't wish to use one on this
site, you may still order using a cheque. Simply write your order
with your address and post to the Freepost address on the Contact
Us page. Make cheque payable to "ChromaVision Media Ltd".
Returns
We know you will enjoy your film, but if for any reason you are
not happy with it, just return it within 30 days (we recommend Registered
Post) and we will refund the full amount paid. If you have a faulty
DVD please send only the disk without the case. Returns from outside
the UK will not be refunded any postage costs unless products are
faulty.
